Staying at home alone for an entire day or a week is a rare luxurious chance. Therefore, if you finally get that chance, use it for yourself by making it a venue for your yoga holidays. Switch off television, shut down your computer, turn off your cell phone and tell your friends and others that they would have not been able to contact you for such period of time. Then list things you need to prepare for your yoga holidays.
