Teacher will provide you useful instruction and take care of your practice. However, you have to take care of yourself also. Teacher would not force you to do postures that your body is not ready to do, so do not force yourself.

Most yoga holidays centers serve healthy food, vegetarian food is optional. If you are not a vegetarian, yoga holidays offer an opportunity to try.
